About Biosul BDO 2002

The basis of vegetable oils and additives that Act on surface tension and interfacial between the organic and the inorganic, causing the oil to migrate to the surface of the solution by helping in the framing of the TOG (content of oils and greases)/ BSW. With high dissolving power of Oil Lumps and Sand Cleaning contaminated with oil, it can be used in ol spills in water bodies.

Acts breaking emulsion, greasing the walls of the pipeline and changing significantly the rheology of high viscosity oils. Acts as an adjunct in the treatment of oily water providing ideal TOG/ BSW, with the smallest permissible quantity of oils and greases in water.

• RECOMMENDATIONS: The BDO 2002 is especially recommended for cleaning and removal of pollution caused by spillage of oils in water, deck cleaning, docks, tanks, vessels and oil storage lines and in clearing of oil pipelines, treatment of oily water the "Slop Tank". Acts as an adjunct in the treatment of oily water providing ideal TOG, with the smallest permissible quantity of oils and greases in water
• REUSE: Because of their performance characteristics BDO 2002 can be reused for other washing operations.
• OPERATING TIME`: Cleaning Oil storage tanks on offshore platforms, BDO 2002 reduces the operating time by at least 50%, opening new spaces for other operations. It can be used neat (PPM) or dissolved in water proportion 1:1 to 1:10 parts water.
• PERFORMANCE BDO 2002: Due to their chemical characteristics where the pH is neutral, BDO 2002 does not react, their formulation provides a balanced type in the oil rheology, the interfacial tension between the body (oil) and inorganic (Rock), and the surface tension in the emulsion breaks.
